Hometasks

These practices will be useful in the process of psychotherapy. You can complete them yourself and bring them to the meeting.

In addition, in the course of our work, it is recommended to bring dreams (you can send them to me in the morning before the meeting in the messenger).

Genogram

A genogram is a family chart or family history chart.

To make a genogram, you will need a sheet of paper and pencils (you can also use pens, felt-tip pens, or anything you can draw with).

Understand how many generations you want to depict and why you need a genogram (study medical history, understand emotional connections, etc.).

Talk to relatives, find out more about your family and draw on the diagram.

  • Men are usually indicated by a square.

  • Women are usually indicated by a circle.

  • One horizontal line usually means marriage, and two slashes - divorce or separation.
